Water Water Everywhere

Eyes in search of shelter,
  Legs submerged in water,
Running to the door,
  Struggling through the downpour,
Water splashes,
  News flashes,
Hot cup of tea,
  In front of T.V,
Gazing through the window,
  Hunting for a rainbow,

Black umbrellas and
   blocked roads,
The season has arrived
   to make paper boats.
